Requirements
- BS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or
equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated use of AutoCAD 2007 and CorelDraw.
- Mazak CNC machining experience a major plus.
- Knowledge of processes such as heat treating, plating, grinding, etc.
- Excellent & thorough knowledge of Document Control practices & concepts.
- Top computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, etc.) and the ability to write
detailed process reports interpreting customer specs and relate findings
to management.
Duties will include:
1) Analyzing blueprints.
2) Analyzing Purchase Orders (check for revision, specs, etc.)
3) Preparing Material Orders
4) Preparing Engineering Masters
5) Preparing process drawings
6) Preparing operators inspection reports
7) Creating outside process operations
8) Preparing work orders
9) Releasing work orders
10) Solving engineering problems (dimensions, drawings, etc.)
11) Interacting with customers, the production floor and the quality department.
